Following the defection of two Liberal MPs — plunging Premier Jeremy Rockliff’s government into minority — things have changed quickly.
The planning process the contentious Hobart AFL stadium was set to be assessed under was changed, with Mr Rockliff declaring the $715 million project would be treated as a Project of State Significance — a process that would give parliamentarians at least one vote on whether it should go ahead.
