Annastacia Palaszczuk took a private flight to visit the opening of a museum at the same time deadly floods were battering Queensland last year.
The premier sipped on champagne and mingled with guests at the opening of the $36.5million Rockhampton Museum of Art on February 25.
She made the trip as the south-east part of her state and northern NSW were enduring one of their worst flooding events in history that would kill 22 people.
