The hunt for the winner of a $50 million Powerball prize continues as officials confirmed where the winning ticket was bought to try and entice the person to come forward and claim their winnings.

Officials of The Lott confirmed the winning ticket was bought at a newsagency in the NSW mid-north coast town of Forster.

The likely resident of the area is the only division one winner from last Thursday’s draw.
