Desperate search is ongoing for missing Nebraska mother, 43, who vanished five days ago: Cops search home in Kansas after 911 caller said ‘a muay tai and jiu jitsu trained’ man living there ‘may have killed his girlfriend’

  •  Cari Allen, 43, of Omaha, Nebraska vanished on Saturday night around 11pm
  • Allen, who has a teenage son, was described by friends and colleagues as ‘friendly, passionate and caring’ 
  • A search warrant was served in Topeka, Kansas in connection to the case after the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office received a call about a possible murder
  • The homeowner was not there when police, armed with rifles and canines, descended on the home
  • The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office did not confirm the homeowner’s identity as a suspect and said no arrests have been made
