England fans have taunted Wales for losing 0-2 to Iran after the Three Lions thrashed them earlier this week.

Their rivals were quick to stick the boot into the Welsh team after two late goals brought victory to Iran.

One quipped ‘Can someone check Michael Sheen is ok?’, after the Welsh actor found himself embroiled in a row with Prince William over who he was supporting at the World Cup.

The injury-time goals during the clash mean Wales will need to win against England in their final match if they are to qualify for the knockout stages.
