Dr Feelgood rocker and Game of Thrones star Wilko Johnson has died at the age of 75 following a battle with pancreatic cancer. 

Johnson was given a terminal diagnosis in 2013 and was told he had 10 months to live after he chose not to undergo chemotherapy. 

Yet the talented star defied the odds and two years later he declared he was cancer-free after doctors removed a 3kg tumour in an 11-hour operation.
