Workers at the Melbourne Royal Show told a woman they would collect her dropped mobile phone for her – before she was hit by a rollercoaster as she went to retrieve it herself, investigators have been told. 

Shylah Rodden, 26, remains in intensive care after being struck by the Rebel Coaster at the Melbourne Royal Show on Sunday.
