Husband of woman who was allegedly stabbed in the CHEST by real estate agent friend is charged with gun offences

The property developer husband of a woman who was allegedly stabbed in the chest on the doorstep of their Sydney home has been charged with gun possession.

Walt Coulston was hit with four weapon and ammunition charges this week after police allegedly found an unauthorised firearm inside his Dover Heights home.

The father-of-two was charged with possessing a shortened firearm, possessing ammunition without a licence, not keeping a firearm safely and possessing an unregistered firearm.

His matter will be mentioned in Waverley Local Court on October 11.
