Manchester City are set to become the Premier League’s third biggest stadium by increasing the Etihad’s capacity to around 60,000… as they look to host a Champions League final and even add a hotel at the ground!

  • Manchester City are looking to add an extra 5,000 seats to the Etihad Stadium
  • The work would see them qualify to potentially host a Champions League final
  • The club has held planning permission since work was completed back in 2015
