The police have shot a man believed to be carrying a gun before evacuating roads in south-east London.
Officers responded to multiple 999 reports of a man with a firearm in Creek Road, Greenwich, at just after 2.30pm on Friday.
The Metropolitan Police said: ‘Firearms officers attended the scene. The man was located. A police firearm was discharged and the man sustained a gunshot injury.
