Shocking moment four brazen thieves use a SLEDGEHAMMER to smash into New York jewelry store and make off with $100,000 in goods in broad daylight

  • Nyken Alston, 21, Alfred Long, 35, Alexander Wilson, 21, of the Bronx, were arrested after they and another robbed Golden Square Jewelry in Yonkers 
  • It is estimated that they took $100,000 in gold and jewelry from the store around 5.30pm on Thursday 
  • The fourth suspect is still at large and police are still looking for the man, also of the Bronx 
  • They led police on a short chase after being found inside their dark SUV in the Park Hill neighborhood 
  • They fled on foot after hitting a retaining wall and two were immediately captured and another was captured within an hour 
  • Alston and Long were charged with felony robbery, grand larceny, and burglary and were arraigned on Friday 
  • Wilson was taken to the hospital after sustaining injuries in the car crash and will be charged shortly
