  • Villalona was caught on video arguing with the woman after Santa Arias failed to press the breaks on her moped and collided with his vehicle
  • The pair argued while Villalona held a gun by his side and then smacked Arias, knocking her to the ground
  • A spokesman with the Dominican Republic National Police said that Villalona was captured at a local hotel after evading capture Thursday by changing homes
