All eight dogs appear in a variety of festive costumes, including Christmas pudding hats and snowflake scarves.

Zoey said: ‘The dogs are so well behaved, they just know their job and what we want them to do.

‘The whole shoot took about two hours, but that’s including regular breaks for them.

‘It’s not fair to them to be constantly getting them to behave and so we let them have a little play in between outfits so they don’t get stressed out.’

Zoey said it takes minimal effort to get the dogs changed and posed up, and she shares the images on the dogs’ Instagram account.

She said: ‘As soon as I get a blanket out, they all run onto it so there’s no issues getting them in one place.

‘They’re quite happy for me to nudge them around so that they’re all in one line for the camera.

‘Imogen works with dogs and other animals a lot, so she’s good at taking the pictures quickly while they’re all in the right place and not wandering off anywhere.

‘As soon as I take one and put a new harness or something on, it’s like they all get jealous, and all come over and want to get changed too.’
